Winifred Chang is originally from Taiwan, where the finest Oolong teas are cultivated and harvest by the most skillful tea masters. Her family has long history and connections to precious tea estates of the rarest and the highest grade Oolong teas.

She is dedicated in discovering the premium-grade tea and sharing her passion for tea with tea lovers in the Bay Area. She also enjoys the adventure of tea and food pairing which is known to elevate the tasting experience. She is a member of International Wu-Wo Tea Association, where global members get together once a year to appreciate and exchange tea tasting traditions. Winifred is excited about the opportunity to connect and contribute to local charity activities with hopes that we all find a path to appreciate people we care for in the live.
