To elevate the tea tasting experience, the class will introduce rules of logic on tea and food pairings. If you have been drinking tea with or after meals, you will probably be relieved to know that tasting does not require an extremely sophisticated knowledge of food or tea. If you already enjoy food on any level, then you already have some tasting vocabulary. There are four sets of pairing menus with luxury-grade Oolong teas and Schoggi Imported Swiss Chocolates for each student to taste and share experience with the class.
Tasting Menu Schoggi and SHiMONEi have jointly created four sets of pairing tasting menus for this class. Join us and share your passion for exceptional culinary experience on July 29th.
